Bild Agency ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

From our clients (you):

• Business name, owner name, email address, phone number
• Business details (services, service area)
• Logo and photos you upload
• Colour and design preferences
• Payment information (processed by Stripe -- we never see or store your full card number)

From visitors to client websites:

• Basic analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views, visitor count, referrer, country, device type, browser
• Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or IP addresses

From visitors to bildagency.com:

• Same Cloudflare Web Analytics data as above
• Email address if you contact us or fill out a form

2. How We Use Your Data

• To design and maintain your website
• To process your subscription payments
• To communicate with you about your account and services
• To send you edit confirmations and service updates
• To display your business information on your website (as provided by you)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services that process data on our behalf:

4. Data Retention

• Active clients: We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.
• Former clients: After the 90-day post-cancellation period, we delete your business data, uploaded files, and website files.
• Payment records: Retained for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes (amount, date, and invoice only -- not card details).
• Email outreach: If you received a cold email from us and did not become a client, your email address is removed from our outreach lists within 30 days of your opt-out request.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• Export: Request your website files at any time.

6. Cookies

• bildagency.com: We do not use cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free.
• Client websites: We do not place cookies on client websites. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free.
• If we add cookie-based features in the future, we will update this policy and notify affected clients.

7. Cold Email Outreach

We may send unsolicited emails to businesses whose contact information is publicly available (e.g., on Google Maps listings). These emails:

• Identify us as the sender (Bild Agency)
• Include a clear unsubscribe/opt-out mechanism
• Comply with CAN-SPAM Act requirements
• Are sent from dedicated email domains, not from bildagency.com

If you receive an email from us and do not wish to receive further communication, click the unsubscribe link or reply with "unsubscribe" and we will remove you within 48 hours.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients at least 14 days before taking effect.
