It depends on the site and how quickly we receive your details. Once you say yes to your preview site and pay the deposit, we agree with you on the date your finished site will be ready for you to check. If we miss that date, we refund everything you've paid.

Tell us your business name, services, service area, and any photos or logo you have, using the free preview form or by email at josh@bildagency.com. We handle everything else.

No problem. We can design your site around bold type instead of photos, or use licensed stock photos. We never present stock photos as your own work. We'll send you a simple guide to taking good photos on your phone, and when you have your own photos or a logo, we'll add them for you.

Yes. Email us what you'd like changed and we aim to have it done within 2 business days. Minor updates are included in your plan.

No. You pay the setup fee in two halves: half when you say yes to your preview site, and half when your site goes live. After that, it's month to month for hosting and support. Cancel any time by email, by WhatsApp to the number you already use with us, or by replying to any billing email. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't charge you again.

Tell us you're leaving, and within 5 business days we send you, free:

• a copy of your whole website as files, which any website hosting company (a company that keeps websites online) can put online as it is. Only the contact form needs setting up again, so messages reach you.
• your original images
• all the text on your website
• a spreadsheet (CSV file) of your leads
• your domain's transfer code, which you need to move your domain to another company

Once your setup fee is paid in full, you can keep using, changing, and hosting the site and the text we wrote, anywhere. If you leave before then, you get back your own content, images, domain, and leads, but not the site we built or the text we wrote.

Your plan starts when your site goes live. After it ends, we keep your site archived for 24 months (or until we close the business, if that comes first), so you can switch it back on in one step at your old price, with no new setup fee.

If your plan ended because of a missed payment, you pay only what you still owe to switch it back on. If we ended your plan under our Acceptable Use Policy, we switch your site back on only once the problem is fixed and we agree to it.

We delete the leads from your website 90 days after your plan ends, once we have sent you your spreadsheet.

We retry it automatically, and your site stays live. Counting from the day it was due: on day 7, we write to you. On day 14, if it's still unpaid, we swap your site for a simple pause page with your business name and phone number, and we don't bill you while it's paused. Pay what you still owe and your site comes straight back. If it's still unpaid on day 60, we end your plan. We warn you a week before we do. There are no late fees, no interest, and no reactivation fee.

Yes. If we register one for you, it's in your name. Or we can set up a domain you already own. Either way, it's yours, and we'll give you its transfer code (the code you need to move it to another company) whenever you ask, even if a payment is overdue.

Every site we build is fully responsive. It looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops.

You see a preview of your site before you pay anything. If it isn't right for you, you don't have to go ahead. Once you say yes to it, we adjust it with you before it goes live. If you change your mind within 5 business days of paying your deposit, we refund everything you've paid. After that, until you approve your finished site, we refund half your deposit if you cancel.

Every site includes basic SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, Google Maps, and fast loading. The Advanced plan adds service area pages for better local visibility.
