Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all websites hosted and maintained by Bild Agency.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to host, display, or promote:

Illegal activities or content that violates applicable law
Hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes violence against individuals or groups
Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading business practices
Malware, phishing, or any form of malicious software
Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Adult or sexually explicit content
Unlicensed pharmaceutical sales or unregulated health claims
Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing schemes

All content you provide (text, images, logos, testimonials) must be accurate and you must have the right to use it.
You are responsible for ensuring your business operates in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
You must not misrepresent your qualifications, licenses, or certifications on your website.
Customer testimonials displayed on your site must be genuine.

If we find a violation, we email you and give you 7 days to fix it.
For severe violations (illegal content, malware, or fraud), we may take your site offline straight away, without warning you first.
Repeated violations may lead us to end your plan. If we do, you still get everything listed in section 4 of our Terms of Service (your files, your leads, and your domain's transfer code), and section 8 of the Terms still applies. If you have a prepaid year, we refund it as section 9 of the Terms sets out.
We keep your site archived as section 8 of the Terms describes, but we switch it back on only once the problem is fixed and we agree to it.
